Coronavirus COVID-19 Readiness Update

Dear Valued Customer: 

We must meet our challenge and maintain our priority to serve you, our customers, and remain steadfast in our goal to maintain the health and well-being of our staff and customers. With this in mind, effective Thursday, March 19, 2020 Goppert Financial Bank will limit entry to our facilities. We can complete all deposits, withdrawals, payments, loan advances among other transactions through the drive-up windows or night deposits. The Norborne facility will handle entry to take care of your business, case by case.

Customers will be allowed into the bank by calling for an appointment. If you need access to a safe deposit box, to sign or have other banking needs, please call. We are asking our commercial customers to contact us for lobby appointments to conduct your banking.

We're here to help:

  1. We've ensured that our facilities including night drops and drive up windows are cleaned daily.
  2. If you have been tested positive for COVID-19, have traveled to areas of concern, been in contact with someone with the virus, or are concerned about potential exposure, and need help with your account, please call us, so we can serve you. We will make special arrangements to take care of your needs.
  3. If we reach out to you, we won't ask for confidential information such as your name, password, personal identification number (PIN) or other account information. See the Federal Trade Commission's advice for consumers to protect yourself from scams.
