Coronavirus COVID-19 Readiness Response

Coronavirus COVID-19 Readiness Update

Like you, we're monitoring the latest news about the coronavirus. This is a fluid situation, and we will continue to be informed, prepared and alert in addressing and implementing our approach. Our staff crosses multiple business and operational areas within our organization to ensure we're prepared for pandemic and other crisis events. Part of our standard business continuity practices is to conduct annual tabletop exercises, including pandemic response situations, and our latest exercise took place in November 2019. Our staff has been conducting pandemic preparation exercises for many years. Our bank has business continuity plans that allow us to move forward with transactions and more – all as normal. The health and well-being of our staff and customers is a top priority for Goppert Financial Bank. All lobbies of Goppert Financial Bank are open on a limited basis only to the public. If you need access to the lobby, please call your local branch. All patrons are encouraged to utilize the drive-thru for general transactions.

We're here to help:

  1. We've ensured that our facilities including night drops and drive up windows are cleaned daily.
  2. If you have been tested positive for COVID-19, have traveled to areas of concern, been in contact with someone with the virus, or are concerned about potential exposure, and need help with your account, please call us, so we can serve you. We will make special arrangements to take care of your needs.
  3. If we reach out to you, we won't ask for confidential information such as your name, password, personal identification number (PIN) or other account information. See the Federal Trade Commission's advice for consumers to protect yourself from scams. https://www.ftc.gov/faq/consumer-protection https://www.consumer.ftc.gov/blog/2020/02/coronavirus-scammers-follow-headlines
