The following are products or services that will be impacted from June 17th-21st. Please read closely to the services that you currently use.
Online Banking and Mobile Banking will be in inquiry mode only from June 18th – 20th. Transactions completed during this timeframe will NOT appear in Online Banking or Mobile Banking. Mobile Banking and Online Banking will become known as Digital Banking.
Mobile Deposit will not be available after 2:30 p.m. from June 17th – 20th.
Bill Pay will not be available after 2:00 p.m. on June 16th. Bills scheduled after this time will be processed on June 21st.
All mobile app users will need to uninstall the current mobile app and reinstall the new mobile app. You can find the app by searching “Goppert Financial Bank” in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
Digital Banking will be accessible through our website or NEW mobile app on Monday, June 21st at 9:00 a.m.
Your username for Digital Banking will remain the same.
Your password will be your username followed by the last four digits of your social security number.
Your transaction history, scheduled transfers, and current Bill Pay payees will convert to the new system.
Telephone Banking will NOT be available from June 18th – 20th. Please plan accordingly.
Your PIN will reset to the last four digits of your social security number.
The Telephone Banking number will remain the same at 877.422.6528.
Each customer will be receiving a new debit card. You should look for a new card in the mail the week of June 7th.
Use your old card until the end of the day on June 16th. Begin using your new card on June 17th.
Call 877-965-3344 on or after June 17th to complete the setup of your new card.
If you do not receive your new debit card by June 16th, please call your local branch to have a replacement created and it will be available for pickup on June 17th.
Balance inquiries, balance information, and debit card alerts will NOT be available June 17th – 19th.
Apps such as Venmo or PayPal will not be available for credits from June 17th – 19th.
Debit Card alerts previously set up will NOT convert to the new system. You do, however, have the ability to set up custom debit card alerts in the new Digital Banking once it is live, or you can contact your local branch if you do not have digital banking.
All Goppert Financial Bank ATMs will be unavailable Thursday, June 17th. Please plan accordingly.
All customer deposit accounts will receive a statement as of June 17th, as well as on your normal statement date.
